fall festivus

It's a weave-leaf snowman!

I think my neighbor used to put something similar on her door around this time of year.

Harvest time!

this week on lifetime

The Weave and the Leaf: Capulets, Montagues and NYC

The true story of an unlikely friendship, an even unlikelier romance, and the struggle for love in today's cruel Manhattan.

Theirs would be a furry leaf baby. Imagine.

for your enjoyment

We give you a few Brooklyn weaves.

A dual wet and wild weave (to the left, center). The front of this store is a gold mine.

A little curl action.

Can't you just feel the motion? A weave entangled in leaves.

wholey bang

Brooklyn weave with a leaf. Looks to be of the bangs genus and an auburn hue.

Weaves like this are always curious. Mostly their completeness. How did an entire section, a discernible chunk get on the ground in its entirety? Pretty special and in tact.

thanks Dan

weavekill

Brace yourselves- we have a trifecta of firsts on our hands: first southern weave, first Texan weave, first weavekill (weave flattened by motor vehicle). It's a good day all around.

A very loyal weave-follower sent in this amazing picture and a brief description:

Weave found "Deep in the Heart of Texas"; UT campus on November 1, 2008

TEXAS!? We couldn't believe it either! But the proof's in the license plate.

Yes, Texas. Yes.

Thanks Jerilyn!
