wherez my crayfish?

On Ocean Ave. Naturally.

We received this photo and a description of the experience (edited for the children).

"dude..a f****** crayfish on the ground in ny. I mean I guess it makes sense...it was on ocean ave..."

Poor confused crayfish! His little body gave up the ghost after eons (in crayfish time) of search the wrong Ocean for his friends. A moment of silence, please.

pavement isn't conducive to tropical plant growing

Like we said before, we want this blog to document all kinds of strange and interesting things on the ground, not just weaves. This was on the ground today. Silly New Yorkers. Hope they're not holding their breath for a mango tree to grow on Flatbush Ave.
